I'd like to play the entire download collection as one seamless video, how can I do this?
When you download the entire collection you will have a zipped folder containing 2 video files. To play these as one seamless video just open up iTunes and add all the video files to a playlist. Hit play and enjoy. (iTunes can be downloaded free for all mac and pc users :)

Can I play this on my iPad or iPhone?
Simply drag the downloaded files into an iTunes playlist then sync it with your iPhone or iPad in the usual way. Simples!

How big is the download? How long will it take?
Once bought the collection can be download in 2 parts. Each part is less than 1gb. Please expect it to take several hours to download completely. Download speeds depend on your internet service provider. We recommend downloading one part at a time.

If my internet cuts out and the download fails to complete, what do I do? Where do I find the download link again?
In this situation you will need to try and download again. To find the download link again; log into your member account using the username and password you've provided and navigate to 'My Orders' under the 'Members' tab. Go to the details of your last order.

Can I download it from within an ipad or other mobile device?
We would only recommend this if your device has an app that is capable of unzipping zipped folders. The video files are contained within a zipped folder. Most desktop computers have buit-in software capable of unzipping files.
